With everyone spending far more time in the kitchen than ever before, many folks are eager to make the kitchen a space they truly love being in. We here at Kitchen Magic are also excited to be getting back to work, making magic happen and transforming kitchens - the heart of your home.

On March 20, 2020, Kitchen Magic headquarters, located in Nazareth, PA, was closed as part of the Pennsylvania state closure by Governor’s order. Pennsylvania is now implementing a phased approach to reopening, along with other states that we serve: CT, NJ, NY, MA, NH and RI. We are closely following the guidance of each state on how and when to safely restart our operations.

As more regions reopen, we are all finding new ways to navigate daily life and conduct business. However, our appreciation of home is one constant that continues to help strengthen us all.

April 10, 2020 Update:

Latest Update for Customers from the Kitchen Magic Team

Nazareth, PA — April 10, 2020

Our kitchens are the center of life in our homes — in recent weeks more than ever.

Everyone at Kitchen Magic is eager to get back to helping make magic happen — and transforming kitchens for our customers.

The closure of Kitchen Magic’s headquarters in Nazareth, PA, was mandated by Governor Tom Wolf on March 19th, as it was for all ‘non-life-sustaining businesses” in the state. That order still remains in effect. To do our part to help slow the spread of COVID-19 and put the safety of our customers and employees first, Kitchen Magic halted all business activity throughout our entire service area at that time. Additional restrictions have also been put in place on construction work that vary from state to state.

The states that have been impacted by these restrictions include:

  • Pennsylvania
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Massachusetts
  • Rhode Island
  • Connecticut
  • New Hampshire
  • Delaware
Though the impact of the virus is still dire across many areas, we are hopeful that the number of cases will begin to ease as Americans continue to practice responsible social distancing and virus-preventing hygiene.

We are excited to get back to business the minute we have the green light to do so. Please check back here for updates.

In the meantime, be safe, be well, and stay strong! Remember, we are truly all in this together.

Thank you,

The Kitchen Magic Family

For more information on the state's restrictions, read the governor's full statement here.

  • Pennsylvania
  • New Jersey
  • New York
  • Massachusetts
  • Rhode Island
  • Connecticut
  • New Hampshire

Please check back to this webpage for updates and changes.  Kitchen Magic will resume normal business activity the moment we are permitted to do so.

Easing Concerns: Kitchen Magic Statement on the Company’s Ongoing Response to COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak

Nazareth, PA — March 16, 2020

We recognize the trust you place in us when inviting a member of our team into your home or speaking with a Kitchen Magic associate in a public space. We are focused on taking steps to keep our team and customers safe amidst the COVID-19 concerns.

The positive: Our in-home consultation service is inherently safer as it allows us to ‘bring the showroom to our customers’, rather than requiring you to enter busy retail locations or showrooms.

Our actions are guided by recommendations from the CDC, WHO and local health organizations. We are providing team members facts about this virus and reinforcing simple, effective steps to ensure safety and cleanliness: • Guidance to keep common surfaces clean, whether in customers’ homes, public spaces or office settings (such as cleaning door handles, counters and any shared electronics)

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth as hands touch many surfaces and can pick up viruses.
  • Reinforcement of the importance of frequent handwashing and/or use of hand sanitizing cleaners.
  • Maintaining at least 3 feet distance between themselves and others.
  • Follow good respiratory hygiene, cover mouth and nose with bent elbow or tissue if coughing or sneezing. Dispose of any used tissue immediately.
  • Upon entering a customer’s home, all Kitchen Magic staff should thoroughly wash their hands and refrain from shaking hands.
  • Sanitizing interior vehicle surfaces regularly.
  • Requesting team members closely monitor their own health on an ongoing and daily basis, stay home and seek medical attention if they develop flu-like symptoms, returning to work only when cleared to do so.
  • Kitchen Magic employees will refrain from business travel until the threat of COVID-19 has passed.

Rest assured, any Kitchen Magic team member working remote will have full functionality and be enabled to serve our customers.

Kitchen Magic is a “Safety First” company, more so now than ever. As this situation unfolds, we will continue to share updates.

Private citizens, businesses and organizations acting quickly and responsibly together will aid in minimizing impact and getting back to normalcy as early as possible.

We have faced many challenges over more than 40 years, and while this situation is certainly unique, we understand how essential communication and planning are to maintaining operations and limiting impact to our customers and team members.

Thank you for putting your confidence in us. We remain focused on serving you.
