We recognize the concerns and uncertainty created by COVID-19, and we appreciate the trust you place in us when inviting a member of our team into your home.
The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority, and as such we take an ‘abundance of caution’ approach to keep everyone as safe as possible, remaining vigilant and taking effective steps to ensure the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
We continue to take our direction from the guidelines set forth by the CDC and local health authorities. All employees who are able to perform their job remotely are working from home.
For customers:
- Virtual Consultations are available upon request if you prefer a convenient video meeting with a Kitchen Magic consultant.
- We respectfully request that customers wear a mask when entering the work area with a Kitchen Magic Associate
Kitchen Magic Installation and Field Personnel Protocols:
- Keep at least 6 feet between you and others.
- Wear a mask.
- Do not touch your face.
- Cover your mouth and nose with bent elbow or tissue if coughing or sneezing.
- Wipe down commonly touched surfaces with a sanitizing cleaner.
- Refrain from shaking hands.
- While in a customer’s home, frequently and thoroughly wash your hands
- Sanitize interior vehicle surfaces regularly.
- Closely monitor your own health, stay home and seek medical attention if you develop flu-like symptoms or have had known exposure to a contagious Covid-19 patient. Return to work only when cleared to do so.
