We recognize the trust you place in us when inviting a member of our team into your home or speaking with a Kitchen Magic associate in a public space. We are focused on taking steps to keep our team and customers safe amidst the COVID-19 concerns.
The positive: Our in-home consultation service is inherently safer as it allows us to ‘bring the showroom to our customers’, rather than requiring you to enter busy retail locations or showrooms.
Our actions are guided by recommendations from the CDC, WHO and local health organizations. We are providing team members facts about this virus and reinforcing simple, effective steps to ensure safety and cleanliness: • Guidance to keep common surfaces clean, whether in customers’ homes, public spaces or office settings (such as cleaning door handles, counters and any shared electronics)
Rest assured, any Kitchen Magic team member working remote will have full functionality and be enabled to serve our customers.
Kitchen Magic is a “Safety First” company, more so now than ever. As this situation unfolds, we will continue to share updates.
Private citizens, businesses and organizations acting quickly and responsibly together will aid in minimizing impact and getting back to normalcy as early as possible.
We have faced many challenges over more than 40 years, and while this situation is certainly unique, we understand how essential communication and planning are to maintaining operations and limiting impact to our customers and team members.
Thank you for putting your confidence in us. We remain focused on serving you.
